• Successfully completed nine Green field cement Projects of capacities 1.1 to 8 million tons per annum & also Captive Power Plant from 18 to 120 MW for the same
• Successfully executed one of the largest Cement Projects (2x600 TPD) in Nigeria for Dangote Group of cos.(The Largest Business group in Africa) and was fully involved right from project contract documentation stage and award of 7 green field projects in 4 African countries on Chinese Engineering giant M/S SINOMA, finalization & subsequent Design review ,execution , commissioning & stabilization of the plant.

• Organizational set up, Leadership & decision making, SWAT including Risk analysis & mitigation, management tools & best practices/synergies,
• Trouble shooting, analyzing and mitigating the problems of various rotary and stationary equipments e.g. centrifugal pump, centrifugal compressor, Steam turbine, gas turbine etc.
• EPC Contract Framing (off & on Shore) & execution for Cement & Power Projects including contract for long term supply of utilities (power, fuel & water) and Environmental clearance & Safety as well.
• As client representative, ensured for effective execution of project with effective monitoring & reporting the project progress on regular basis to apex management with suggestion on mitigation of major project issues.
• Plant Engineering including study and design with compliance of local regulation, plant lay out, flow sheet, equipment selection and supply and performance guarantee tests & penalty clauses etc.
Operation & Maintenance of Cement & Power PLANT including captive Lime Stone Mines keeping in mind the sustained plant reliability of more than 99.2 % with 111 % Cement production.
• Lining up EPC contract with low per MW investment cost, fuel efficiency, reliability & services by Framing of tech. specification /tender documents, Techno commercial discussion with main bidders such as General Electric (USA) ,Rolls Royce (UK),BHEL (India) & Wartsila (Finland) etc.
• Experience in Due Diligence of 18 Cement Plants and 3 Power Plants while with Lafarge and worked out SWAT & technical health evaluation for investment.
Power Plant & load management against load dispatch on multi grid sources. Developed “Expert” on line Auto Power Management & multi grid control system for maintaining more than 80 % PLF on CPP for stable power supply to cement plant from CPP.
