Technical Audit of Maintenance System

The Technical Auditing of the systems is necessary in order to find out the weaknesses of the maintenance systems so that necessary corrective action can be initiated well in time on various issues such as:

*     Adequacy of Man power from numbers and skill point of view
*     Adequacy of tools and tackles
*     Adequacy of test equipment
*     Availability of standard repair procedures and settings
*     Availability of manuals etc.
*     Response time between various activities etc- Time and motion study.

The comprehensive report including suggestions shall be submitted after completion of Audit. The necessary actions can also be taken up if the customer wants implementation by us.
